Started with nothing more than a Ford van and a husband and wife team looking to break away from the corporate world, Wit and Mary Buckalew took a leap into the great unknown as they set off to create a New Jersey medical waste disposal company that was deeply rooted in the value of customer service. Today, those values are the foundation of the CMS business model and it is our dedication to customer service that sets us apart from others in the medical waste disposal industry.
Since being founded in 1982, CMS has expanded from one van servicing a dozen offices to a fleet of drivers providing medical waste disposal services to thousands of businesses throughout the state of New Jersey. By focusing solely on businesses in New Jersey, we are able to provide a personalized level of service to our customers while remaining in full compliance with all federal, state and government regulations.
